# Offboarding

On the person's last day:

1. Disable their account.
2. Revoke their [VPN](../tools/vpn.md) profile.
3. Remove them from the [password vault](../tools/password-vault.md) and rotate the shared
   passwords they used.
4. Collect their laptop.
